The project combines a 2011.48 m² hotel with a 162 m² pool and a commercial area occupying 851 m² on a 3,003.3 m² plot. The public pool area occupies 402 m².

The commercial area will feature a large terrace, distributed between a 252.70 m² internal terrace, a 223.9 m² garden, and a 414.86 m² terrace with street access.
